Return Policy
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order 3D printed products.
- Items that have been used, assembled, or modified.
- Products without original packaging.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damage and your order number in your message.
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund for verified defective products.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at Hello@layerplayco.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided return address — return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
